Who we are

Casscade Creative (“Casscade”, “we”, “us”) is a creative agency based in Vancouver, British Columbia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through casscadecreative.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data needed to run the site:

• Contact and quote forms: your name, email address, business name, the services you’re interested in, project details and any message you send.
• Booking a call: when you book through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and any answers you provide, and shares them with us.
• Email and phone: anything you send us directly.
• Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and performance.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, schedule and hold calls, deliver services you engage us for, and keep the website secure and working well. We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we won’t add you to a mailing list without your consent.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed. These include our website host, form and email providers, and Calendly for bookings. Our team members and trusted partners (for example, print partners) may receive project details when needed to deliver your work. Some of these providers may store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

Cookies and third-party services

Our website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads. Calendly and any embedded content follow their own privacy policies. If we add website analytics in the future, we’ll update this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required for legal, tax and accounting reasons, and then securely delete it.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to those who need it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it, subject to any legal obligations. To make a request, email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
