How do I get started?
Book a free discovery call or send an inquiry. We’ll talk through your goals, then send a proposal with scope, timeline and pricing. Once it’s approved and the deposit is in, we schedule your onboarding.
Do you offer packages, or is everything custom?
Both. Each service has packages to start from, and every project is scoped and quoted to your needs. Many clients combine services, like branding with a new website, or a photo shoot with social media management.
Do you work with businesses outside Vancouver?
Yes. We have worked with many individuals and businesses outside Vancouver, across Canada, including Calgary and Toronto, and outside Canada, including the US. Most of our services can be done fully remotely, aside from in-person filming.
How long does a website take?
Most website revamps take 3–5 weeks once the visual direction is approved. Larger e-commerce and SEO builds take 8–12 weeks.
How does payment work?
Projects start with a 50% deposit, with the balance due on completion. We accept credit card, cheque or e-transfer.
How involved do I need to be?
Short answer: as much as you’d like to be.
Long answer: depending on the project or service, we’ll typically need you for the initial onboarding, to gather the information and assets we need to get started. From there, you can hand us the reins or have as much input as you wish.
Do I get to approve posts before they go live?
Yes. We share your content calendar ahead of time so you can review it and request changes before anything is posted.
Is ad spend included in your pricing?
No. Our fees cover strategy, creative and campaign management. Ad spend is paid directly to the platform (Meta, TikTok and others) and set by you.
